Vault Athletics is your fitness playground located in Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys. Their classes are jam-packed with fitness oriented goals and skills taught by some of the most knowledgeable and friendly coaches out there. Get your cardio burn on with Spin, Bootcamp-Dynamics, and Muay Thai Classes or learn some techniques and skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Yoga/Restore classes. If you want to do CrossFit or the WOD (workout of the day), Vault Athletics provides 3 complimentary classes with your ClassPass membership. Vault Basics is required (for a separate fee) if you would like to do more, and they don't blame you as it is their most popular programming! Their staff and clients strive to keep everyone accountable and it keeps people coming back. Vault Athletics is not your normal warehouse gym—it's tastefully done with some refinement!
