His love to taste and drink exceptional, aged bourbon led him to want to create his own unique blend. In 2020, he took his passion to the market and Shankar Distillers was born. In his search for the finest bourbon, Varchas selects very few to barrel under the Shankar Distillers’ label.
To enhance the flavors, he perfectly balances the taste of his bourbon with many noticeable notes of bold grain, wood, smoke and the perfect mix of sweet and spice. The Varchas brand will continue to release a series of aged bourbon and rye with a variety of finishes that will make our brand unique.
