Copywriter/Designer
Andrew is an copywriter and designer who believes that information doesn't have to be dull. His hope is to make the web a better place by crafting text and visuals that resonate with readers. He fell in love with the internet after building websites at the age of ten, and since his passions have expanded to include all things design and writing. When not carefully molding text to refine a client’s message, Andrew can be found delving into website code and tinkering in Photoshop.
David Caffey
Social Media Strategist
David joined Valeo in early 2012 as an intern. He quickly demonstrated his prowess and value, so we made him an offer. He specializes in copywriting and social media. With a background in advertising copywriting and design, David has a knack for connecting with clients to product creative, effective copy and social media campaigns that work. Since joining the team, David has worked on everything from e-books and blog posts to search engine-friendly web copy
Dawn Boyette
Graphic Design, Content Management
When Dawn joined Valeo in 2012, she brought along a rich background in computer and client related fields. She possesses a vast knowledge in social media and content curation but her passion for all things artistic provides her an amazing eye for website design. With her jack-of-all-trades skillbank and desire to learn new trades, she proves to be an an irreplaceable part of Team Valeo.
After graduating #1 in her class, Dawn started working in IT in 2002. When she’s not behind a computer screen, you’ll probably catch her grilling or BBQing (yes, there is a difference), gardening, sewing, or spending time with her awesome husband, 3 incredible girls, and 3 giant dogs.
Helene Kelley
Project Coordinator
Helene started out doing simple administrative work as James’ assistant, but quickly showed her abilities were far behind a typical administrative person. In addition to handling billing, scheduling, and coordinating between staff and clients; she has developed into a WordPress pro.
She continues to handle more and more project management responsibilities – so odds are, if you work with us, you’ll be talking with Helene at some point or another!

Managing Project Director
Uniquely talented because of his super-geeky background. He received his first computer at age 6, but he truly began work in this industry when he started developing websites in 1998.
James worked in corporate IT as a senior systems engineer in the Fortune 1000, but excelled in marketing, communications and business projects. When working for the man got boring, he decided to start his own shop. First web design and IT consulting company came in 2000, and founded Valeo in 2005.

Kelley Coyne
Copywriter/Social Media Strategist
Kelley, our “short-order†content creator works both long term accounts and jumps in on-the-fly when some creative word-smithing is required. Whether it is writing fantastic copy, blogging, WordPress, or social media marketing content creation, Kelley is up for the task! She also backs up large projects, wearing many hats on the back-end to facilitate meeting our clients’ needs.
Kelley’s background is in advanced technical and administrative support, but we are thrilled to have tapped her hidden talent for creating amazing content. During her free time, you’ll find Kelley feeding her yarn addiction at local craft shops and scouring the internet for nerdy crochet designs.

Stephanie Reynolds
Account Manager, Social Marketing Coordinator
Stephanie is our in-house social media and content marketing strategy specialist. She executes and manages our VIP-retainer accounts combining her expertise in social marketing with her technical expertise in online marketing solutions.
Stephanie spent five years in the United States Air Force as a Linguistic Analyst before attending graduate school at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She then spent over ten years in a wildlife sanctuary as the Development Coordinator before managing a tech support company and honing her skills as an online marketing specialist. Today she is an integral part of the Valeo team, using her corporate marketing training, online business management skills and nonprofit insight to continually offer value to our clients.
