Introduction
The VAT, it's invariably among government's most important sources revenue. Not all is so great for VAT. The increased fiscal weight being placed under pressure for fiscal revenues for instance to offset revenue losses have always been inherent in the structure and operation of VATs but exacerbates some of problems.
