We offer outsourced IT Support services for businesses. We operate on break/fix terms as well as offering unlimited labour contracts for complete piece of mind. We are specialists with Windows Servers and desktops as well as networking, email and domain hosting and backup solutions.
The company is owned by Jason Patten who has been working in IT for over 30 years. Day to day management is carried out by Diana Hugh who previously worked as a support technician for over 10 years. They along with the staff look after local businesses ranging from simple local network setups to multi-site, VPN and Hyper-V Virtualised server systems.
We have a friendly, Microsoft qualified and experienced team that work out of our office in Wisbech, Cambs. Each member of staff possesses their own special areas of expertise but all are passionate about IT and about providing good customer service.
We recently assisted one of our clients in a major expansion project providing temporary offices and connectivity in port-a-cabins and when the building work was completed, cabling and terminated sockets and moved equipment in to the new building. We also set up multiple wireless access points all controlled by a central device to allow for forklifts to scan and work seamlessly across the warehouse.
