Our offices also includes Planning, Architecture (Interior Architecture), Project Submittals for Planning Approval & Building Permits, Landscape Design, Project Management and Furniture & Accessory Fabrication.

URRUTIA DESIGN has been working in the design and development business for over 20 years, focusing mainly on major residential renovations in Northern California. As a company we are passionate about our work and our commitment to our clients, always trying to maintain a proper balance between a client's design vision, our own creative vision and the overall investment and value of the property.

There are many, many conversations and get togethers along the way. Deep discussions about design direction, wish lists, budget, necessities, guilty pleasures, etc. We forge amazing business and personal relationships, as you can imagine.
