Urbana

Urbana is a joint enterprise of the government of West Bengal with the Shrachi, Emami, Sureka, MKJ, JB and Nahata Groups. Over the last couple of decades, these names have been associated with most of the city’s landmark buildings and complexes. Designed by Singapore-based architect Stephen Coates, it is an initiative of Bengal NRI Complex, a consortium of the Emami, JB, MKJ, Nahata, Shrachi and Sureka Groups. Urbana will offer 65+ acres of luxury, but without the hassles of urban life. Housed in the city’s tallest residential towers, with 10 sprawling acres of landscaped parkland all around, every apartment promises a view like no other.
