Introduction
In 2009, after years of construction, engineering, and design experience, Andy Baker and his dad Corky took over Stone County Ironworks, a blacksmith shop in the hills of the Ozark Mountains. As the shop grew, the need for a new brand arose--a sister brand, under which clients could customize pieces and become part of the creative process. In 2018, the Urban Forge brand was launched, along with an engaging new shopping experience for the Mountain View showroom. Urban Forge is not the average furniture company. Our process takes longer, and we like it that way. Each piece begins as a sketch.
