Introduction
UIS Australia's goal is to take the hassle out of the immigration process and help clients make a smooth transition into their new lives.
The complexity of a client's immigration process may vary according to several factors, such as the type of visa they're applying for, the client’s medical and criminal history, how many family members they're planning to bring with them, changes in immigration policies (which happen often), and more.
Our team takes on all the hard work and provides the necessary means for our clients to submit a successful visa application: eligibility evaluation, document collection, legal consultation, job searching tools, profile optimization, regular updates, liaison with the immigration authorities on the client’s behalf, and more.
What sets the immigration process in motion is the eligibility evaluation. Using this evaluation, we can detect whether our client is eligible for an Australian visa and what visa that might be. For the evaluation, we collect information about our client’s professional experience and skills, academic achievements, and personal status (such as age, marriage, and savings). Once we have the full background, we can advise our client on the most suited immigration route and devise a custom immigration strategy.
We handle every kind of visa: work visas with pathways to permanent residency, temporary work visas, Working Holiday visas, Business visas, Family Visas, and Student visas. The only visas we don’t handle are refugee visas.
Our team is well-versed in Australia’s immigration policies and therefore can place the client on the right track towards obtaining the visa they need. It is important to note, however, that there is no guarantee that the client will get a visa, as it is completely up to the immigration authorities. All we can do is provide the grounds that will promise the highest possible chances of success.
We work exclusively with fully authorized Regulated Australian Immigration Consultants. These are consultants of good standing, certified by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
The Australian Immigration System
Australia works by a points & pool system called "Skillselect" to select skilled migrants for work in Australia. This is the method of ranking, or prioritizing applicants for jobs based on their professional and academic background.
The minimum eligibility score to apply for a work visa is 65 points, and it is determined by the Australian immigration authorities. However, this can change.
The most popular immigration program in Australia is the General Skilled Migration Program. It is considered to be the “fast-track†way of obtaining a permanent work visa.
We help our clients optimize their immigration profiles so they can reach the highest possible scores and have greater chances of getting selected.
