Introduction
Unist has been supplying Coolube cutting fluid to world markets now since 1957, we have an enviable track record to prove that our understanding of metal cutting technology does stand the test of time.
From 1957, Unist has been producing Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) solutions that are required for metal cutting. Unist’s MQL solutions apply a minute quantity of better lubricant such as Unist’s Coolube® straight into the work piece/cutting tool interface resulting in reduced fluid usage, safer & cleaner floors and shops, and enhanced tool life and cut quality. Other benefits of these lubricants include dry, clean chips for easy and profitable recycling, the removal of expensive coolanthandling equipment and coolant discarding costs, besides a potential 20-50% rise in the production rates.
