Getting to know us the way we are…Ours is a story that stretches over two decades. We saw the light of day on 24thFebruary, in the year 1998. It hasn’t been easy. We had simple beginnings while working as a guide hiking the length and breadth of the mountains; on the way we also discovered our beautiful country Nepal is not only about mountains. Our history, culture and heritage sites spoke volumes that interested an inquisitive world, attracting backpackers in hordes to Nepal. Experience also taught us to understand we live in the better of two worlds, the world we’re familiar with, and the world we’re not.
When you book a trip with Unique Adventure, you’ve probably crossed three continents to get to Nepal; and if you’re a greenhorn, you’d be discovering a world you’ve never known, and a world you will most likely never forget. Unique Adventure is all about the great Himalayan wilderness. We will introduce you to unique mountain cultures, environments, ancient heritage cities, skyline mountain ranges and extraordinary jungles as you discover an exceptional part of the planet we all live on.
Unique Adventure International is a complete Nepali owned adventure operator based centrally in Nepal’s famous tourist hub known the world over as ‘Thamel’. We are a small team, a core group of devoted professionals who have blended in well with the unpredictable vagaries of nature; we are geographically a seismically active country and sit on a shaky tectonic plate that makes us prone to earthquakes. However, we are trained and geared to react with any unpredictable circumstances that may occur when escorting our guests on the trails throughout the Himalayas. We are a licensed outfit and recognized by the Department of Tourism – Government of Nepal.
All our programmes are meticulously planned to the smallest detail.
