The Food is interesting and delicious - contemporary British with a Mediterranean slant, including roquefort, pear, endive and walnut salad, saffron risotto, homemade crab cakes and roast rack of lamb.
there is an interesting wine list with plenty of old and new world choices at incredibly reasonable prices. They are all sold at retail shop prices, not the usual restaurant prices. The wines start at £15.00 per bottle for Macon Blanc Villages and £15.00 per bottle for Cotes du Rhone .
