Tube Engineers Ltd. are specialists in low volume tight radius mandrel bending of round and square tube, from 6 mm diameter to 101.6 mm diameter. We fabricate larger diameter thin walled pipes using pressed or lobster back bends.
We assist with product design, to guide our customers away from unneccessary expense.
We have several CNC and single axis mandrel tube benders, and can fabricate assemblies and form the ends of tubes.
We have extensive experience of pipes round internal combustion engines - air inlets, air and water pipes, exhausts, fuel pipes etc. We also make silencers.
We bend mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper pipes.
We can supply tube, cut to length, and bends to order.
We also supply structural tubes - hand rails, structural members, roll cage parts, and some suspension and steering parts.
We supply industries from railway, buses, fuel tankers and the nuclear industry to kit cars, hand railing and agricultural engineers. We also make bespoke motorcycle exhaust
