We specialize in floatation therapy, also knows as REST (restricted environmental stimulation therapy). Our other services include a Nordic spa room (sauna and cold plunge), as well as massage therapy. Our services help combat stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and PTSD. True North isn't just for those who need to heal however, its also a space for meditation, introspection, contemplation, and deep inner exploration. Psychonauts, yogis, and seekers are welcome.
