There are many intricacies when trying to start a claim (to sue) against someone or defend against a claim at the Small Claims court. The claim must contain certain language in order to stand a reasonable chance of success. There are many deadlines that must be met amongst other details. Appearing before the Small Claims court is like a game of chess.
