Our physiotherapy services and clinical exercise classes cater to those who may have an injury they are trying to heal or manage or have a specific goal like improving posture or performrance in their chosen sport. For some, as their injury heals and their function improves they have the option to transition into the general yoga & pilates classes with options for beginners through to intermediate level.
There are classes catering to those with injuries or impaired mobility, absolute beginners, through to intermediate level. At TriBalance we believe that health and wellness is not just the absense of disease or injury, but a harmonious integration of body, mind and purpose that promotes the expression of our best self."
