Tri Active Events Management offer a professional service in Corporate Events, Business and Leisure Travel. We also offer tours and safaris throughout Southern and East Africa. Our offices are based at our Kunguru Lodge in Elgin Valley, just outside Cape Town, in the Western Cape.
Owner managed by Anton and Cany Bugler, our company has been in operation since the year 2000. With a combined 28 years of experience in the tourism and adventure sector, we have a broad knowledge of the industry. We have built up an impressive reputation for personalized and efficient service, innovative ideas and value for money.
We place a strong emphasis on flexibility and work closely with all our clients to tailor make programs to suit their individual needs, both for leisure tours and activities and for corporate programs.
As specialists in the field of team building and adventure tours, our venue, the Kunguru Lodge, provides an ideal getaway for overnight stays just a short distance from the centre of Cape Town, complete with conferencing and adventure centre. Our fully mobile operation also makes us a popular choice for team building, as we can rig up activities at many different venues, broadening your choice for your event. We offer a wide selection of team building activities, and these can be categorized into Corporate Fun, Informal Team Build or Formal Team Build.

Known too for our extensive experience in operating in remote areas of Africa, our leisure tours offer the unusual rather than the norm. From 5 star luxury in hotels and lodges, we can also offer you the most luxurious camp set up in idyllic surroundings, away from other human eyes, right down to comfortable 3 to 4 star lodges or remote, comfortable bush camps, always offering full catering options for your excursions.
Organization of conferences for large and small groups is handled by our experienced team. Attention to detail ensures all aspects of your conference operate like a well oiled machine.
Set in the heart of the Elgin Valley, with easy access to the N2 and just one hour from Cape Town, our conference centre offers an alternative to the norm of the city hotels and conference venues.In a rustic setting, surrounded by lush gardens and orchards, our venue can accommodate up to 70 delegates for day conferences and smaller groups in different seating formats. A total of 60 guests based on twin sharing can be accommodated in the lodge for overnight groups. An option of triple share for larger groups is available. Enquire at time of reservation.
