These guys charged me 99EUR extra for an open ticket upgrade.
I've got injured and now I need to change my flight.
WHat they said? No options to change.
I am trying to contact them by phone and email and no answer...
No need to use foul language..

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
My brother in law booked a ticket through this company. They failed to mention he would need a transit visa just to make a connection in Canada so when he got to the airport he couldnt get on the flight. When I called Travelgenio and explained tge situation, they putme on hold for 10 minutes and when i hung up and called back they put me on hold before I could even speak. I called back 5 more times but was put straight on hold! I doubtwe will get any response to the email we sent either... £900 down the drain.

Never use this website!!!
They tried to steel my money !
I booked a plane ticket but they never sent it to me!

I tried to contact them but no answer!
They claimed that there was no money on my card while i had 10 times the price of the ticket on it!
They withdrawed 19 euros and they dont want to pay back.

Dont use this website. They are not client oriented!

I will never ever buy tickets from Travelgenio anymore. We booked ticketes and were waiting for a electronic tickets, but they didn't come, after a week of waiting I call to a travelgenio infolinoline to ask what happened with my ticket. The operators hang the phone three times till I finaly had a good luck and somebody helpful answered and sent me a ticket.
Unfortunately this is not the end of the story. We bought a direct flight from Mexico City to Munich. On the ticket there was written no stop on the way, when we booked a flight, there was nothing written about any stop, the plane make between Mexico and Munich. When I came to the airport to take a plane from Mexico to Europe I was told that the plane makes stop in Atlanta and I need a visa. I didn't have any so I lost the plane. It cost a lot of money to get to rebook my ticket I nevergot back from the ticket seller.
But this is not the end of the story neither. Unfortunately the same happened to my wife, she found out two weeks before her flight, so she had enough time to resolve the situation. She spent 3 days calling to Travelgenio, operators were keeping hanging up the phone. Finaly after three days they changed the flight via Europe, haleluya, and asked for 80EUR for the service! For their most shitty service ever they dare to ask extra 80EUR. I can't believe it....

I booked with Travelgenio for the first time last month and I'm really happy with the service. Everything was quick, smooth and problem free. I bought 4 tickets (I had to switch planes) all together and that is what I normally do. I did experience some problems with other companies but Travelgenio provided an excellent service! Highly Recommended!

Travelgenio were very helpful in helping me find the right flights to my destination. I have to say the service provided but the agent I spoke to was of the highest quality, I was given all details to contact the agent via email and phone and was very happy with the service provided.
I was contacted the following day via email from the agent to see if I had made a decision regarding the flights I had enquired about, this I felt was excellent customer service. Even though I chose to go with a different flight plan as I was doing the flight via work for a business trip I am still willing to give a review as I feel the customer service was the best I have personally experienced.

I found travelgenio an excellent service for booking flight tickets. They have friendly staff and a very quick service. I’m also impressed by there cheap flight packages. I found there packages quiet cheap when compared them with other services around. I’ll also try there discounted hotel booking next time.
