With over 35 years of experience making pizza in the city of manhattan, Top Slice focuses on bringing top quality ingredients to the hands of the customer. Pizza is one of the most favored foods in the world and many people make it good, but why not have the best?
Originating from Manhattan, our team wanted to bring the best possible pizza experience to Florida. After having success in Manhattan and then opening stores in Orlando, our pizza was amazing but it just was not the same as the pizza that was made in New York. Puzzled we quickly found the solution, the water.
The New York Water Maker was born. A water replication system that allows any tap water from anywhere in the world that gets put through a process that creates the EXACT water profile of new York water, better yet, its better than New York water. New York water still contains additives such as chlorine to keep from algae growth. Shipping New York water can still come from sources that have rusty pipes, then making sure the water does not get stagnant upon arrival is another obstacle pizzerias have to overcome.
