Tom Browns Brasserie is one of the finest restaurants in Nottinghamshire, set in a converted Victorian schoolhouse beside the leafy banks of the River Trent. It has all the charm and character of the period combined with a modern continental image. The restaurants name: 'Tom Browns', comes from a 19th century novel written by Thomas Hughes.
