Introduction
Time 4 Thai is Edinburgh's first contemporary chic Thai restaurant. On entering through the hall, the large glass wall on the right hand side is instantly striking. A beautiful array of lilac orchids are embedded in the glass and illuminated further by pretty little lilac spotlights which really sets the tone for the rest of the restaurant. The interior itself is stylish and contemporary, offering a skilful blend of vibrant lilac, cool creams and stylish polished mahogany. Absolutely everything, from the furniture to the crockery, is custom made or hand-picked from Thailand by Owner Carole Tong. You can expect to find all of the usual Thai favourites on the menu yet with a modern, Westernised twist.Specialising in seafood, the king prawns are particularly tempting and are served with a variety of sauces such as tamarind and bacon.
