Tier1 Capital Corp develops financial products for the financial professional to offer to their clients, specifically specializing in Principal Secured Mortgages (PSMs). A PSM is a mortgage whereby a group of investors pool their money together in one mortgage for specific vetted development projects. These mortgages are secured against the property and provide a FIXED high return to the investors contributing to stabilizing their existing portfolio.

PSMs are eligible for RRSPs, RESPs, LIFs, RIFs, TFSAs and other registered investments as well as cash investments.
