Introduction
We provide online video training courses for individuals and organisations. We currently offer video courses in Health and Safety, Selling Skills, Start-Up business and understanding dementia.
Our online video courses remove the three largest barriers to online training - time, cost and access.
Training has always been recognised as important, however its associated barriers significantly restrict many organisation's and individual's commitment to it. Traditional training is costly, requires paid time off work for employees and is not accessible every day, so new staff, for example, cannot be trained on day one of joining an organisation.
Three Minute Trainer aim to change all this by providing affordable and flexible training from leading experts with unlimited access. Added to this, the use of video to train will be more engaging and allow individuals to learn at their own pace and time, with the courses available on a range of devices, including Smartphones, and designed to be consumed in bite size chunks to facilitate 'on-the-go' learning.
Users will also be able to contact their trainer, meaning learners aren't left without support. They can also benefit from collaborative learning through discussions with other learners willing to share their own experiences and knowledge through the online community.
