Introduction
Thomas "T.J." Spear, has been practicing law since 1995.
T.J. Graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry at Santa Clara University in 1984. After serving over 5 years as a U.S. Naval Officer, Submarine Qualified. T.J. returned home to Oregon to attend law school. Graduating from Lewis and Clark’s Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon.
The first 12 years of TJ's career were spent as a Deputy District Attorney where he successfully prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases, including; Measure 11 cases, murder cases, sexual abuse cases, DUIIs, and drug cases.

Registered Patent Attorney with the USPTO
instructor for the National District Attorney Association Trial College
Successfully prosecuted patent applications for small businesses and start-up companies
