Introduction
ST. LOUIS' ONLY PUBLIC-ACCESS GLASS ART EDUCATION CENTER
Established in 2002, Third Degree Glass Factory is the brain child of Jim McKelvey and Doug Auer. Located in what was once an abandoned 1950′s service station, McKelvey and Auer turned the dilapidated structure into a state-of-the-art glass facility with over 12,000 sq. ft. of studio and gallery space. With the help of aspiring artists, volunteers, neighbors, and friends, Third Degree has become an anchor of the Central West End neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri.
Third Degree Glass Factory is St. Louis’ only glass studio and art education center that is open to the public. Our staff, instructors, and volunteers are experienced and committed to providing quality classes and programs. Our studio rentals give artists the resources to hone their skills and create their own art.
 Our open door policy allows you to come experience all that Third Degree Glass Factory has to offer.
