Introduction
Psychotherapy and Counselling Service located in Chorlton and Sale in South Manchester, providing help for individuals and couples in face-to-face therapy. From September 2015 online therapy will also be available for those resident in the UK
Help and support is available for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, work problems, relationship problems, phobias, self-harm and self-injury, physical and sexual abuse, bereavement and the psychological issues associated with chronic pain.
Therapy sessions are available at two locations - Counselling Rooms in Chorlton and the Blend Centre in Sale. There is a degree of flexibility so as to fit your lifestyle with appointments available in the early mornings, daytime. evenings and Saturday mornings.
Therapy can be short-term, for a specific number of sessions or for longer periods, open ended where necessary.

Liz Jeffries has trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy for four years and has a range of experience, working in both independent practice and in the public sector at a Women's Centre. She has flexible availability with appointment times being during the daytime, in the evening or on Sunday mornings.
