Introduction
Psychotherapy Counselling & Supervision in Lincolnshire
At our initial session, we can start to explore what it is that is troubling you and look at how we might commit to work together in a confidential and non-clinical space. You make the choices from the start and this assessment appointment will also help you to find out more about how I work and if this fits with the investment you choose to make in either long term psychotherapy or briefer counselling work.
