Introduction
"The Dog Savant was founded by renowned dog trainer Brett Endes, an applied problem behavior specialist, who takes an objective, integrated approach to dog training that has been developed over 25+ years of experience in professionally training dogs and educating their owners.
Brett uses methods of training and communicating with dogs of the highest calibre. He doesn't use harsh corrections, gimmicks, or endless treats to motivate dogs. Instead, he uses natural, instinct-driven approaches that utilize a dog’s own way of communicating and perception of the world to help develop life skills and guide them through challenging problems.
Brett specializes in obedience training for aggressive dogs, dog separation anxiety training, service dog training, trigger point (acupressure) work, e-collar training, drive and instinct based training, pack leadership skills, and classical conditioning. He places special emphasis on owner education and the human/dog bond and will help you tackle even the most challenging training and behavior issues you and your dog may be struggling with. Since its founding, The Dog Savant has trained more than 15,000+ dogs and their owners throughout Colorado, California, and worldwide.
Due to his individualized approach and experience rehabilitating dogs deemed untrainable by other trainers, Brett has starred in Facebook Watch's The Untrainables and made regular appearances on The Hallmark Channel and National Geographic. "
