The Wooly Witch is a yarn and wool shop based in West Calder Scotland, with an online wool store serving the UK and abroad. Stocking quality yarns by King Cole, Sirdar, Lion Brand and West Yorkshire Spinners, for knitters and crocheters. A quality wool, yarn and pattern shop, selling a range of affordable wool and yarns, knitting kits, knitting accessories and crochet supplies.
Our knitting wools, knitting needles, knitting patterns, crochet yarns, crochet hooks, and crochet patterns have been chosen with care for their ease of use and for the beauty of the finished garments and items.
We offer our tried and tested Knitting Kits, with all the wool needed to knit the included pattern. The Knitting Kits have been knitted up in our own shop to check that the pattern and yarn make up beautifully. We are a yarn store for yarn addicts!

Diana Herriot is a designer, creator and crafter. She is expert in fibre and textile arts such as knitting, crochet, wool dyeing, yarn-spinning, quilting, garment sewing, embroidery, beadwork wool felting. She demonstrates many of these crafts to local craft groups n Scotland.
