The Wine Bistro History,
It all started back in 1972 when the Wine Bistro opened its doors to the residents of Studio City. Back then nobody had ever heard of French food, it was a discovery, an instant success. Finally great food was coming near the folks of this corner of the valley. The appreciation of the residents of the greater Los Angeles has been enormous through out those years. The staff and myself are very appreciative of your constant support.

Executive Chef: Berty Siegels
Chef Berty comes to the Wine Bistro after 8 years as the executive chef at Pacific Dining Car.
Chef Berty also owned bistro Berty's, in Brentwood, for 15 years. We are humbled and joyous Berty is in our kitchen to continue a tradition of fine bistro fare at reasonable prices. To prove the point he has brought back the much loved Prix Fixe Menus.
He looks forward to seeing you soon
