We produce a professional comprehensive inventory of the full contents of the property to make a binding document agreed between the Landlord and Tenant.
At check in/out we produce a detailed report stating the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. Meter readings are taken and keys returned are listed and given to/taken from the tenant.
