The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempstead

The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempstead is Britain’s newest indoor Snowsports destination with the closest real snow to London (M25, Junction 20). The Snow Centre is designed to deliver the perfect alpine conditions that every skier and snowboarder dream of along with a huge 160m Main Slope. The Snow Centre also has the LARGEST LESSON SLOPE IN THE UK meaning they can provide the best possible instruction for all ages and abilities from 3 years!

Whilst you're here be sure to visit the Monarch Schuss bar on the slope where you can grab a tasty hot chocolate or mulled wine after your session!

Whether you’re a seasoned pro looking for a new freestyle park each week, just beginning your Snowsports journey or simply want to have a whizz down the slopes on our Sledges, you’ll find it at The Snow Centre.

Off the slope they have a 150 seat CaféBar with Costa Coffee, and panoramic views over the slopes. The fully licensed bar offers a delicious wine and food menu 7 days a week including a tasty Sunday Roast Dinner Buffet. It’s also a great place to come and enjoy live Sky Sports on one of our many big-screen TVs, and you don’t have to go on the slope to enjoy our CaféBar.
