As your consultant: We discuss options, show you the pros and cons, give you honest feedback. We ask you insightful questions to find out what is really important to you because what is important to you is important to us!
As your Negotiator: We will treat your money as if it were ours. When its time to make or save you money, we relentlessly represent your interests.
As your Project Manager: We oversee all the transaction details. We do this with the assistance of our entire team. There are 100’s of phone calls and emails involving critical information. Every I needs to be dotted and every T crossed. A small mistake can be costly.

Born and raised in San Jose, Sully has an extensive knowledge of Santa Clara County. With a family of Real Estate Investors, his interest in investing and real estate came at a young age. To better understand the business world, he attended San Jose State to pursue his Business Finance Degree. After graduating, it was only a natural progression to integrate into this industry and continue a family tradition.
