The owner, Sebastian Marin, has been in the Sarasota seafood restaurant scene since 2005 and is an expert at sourcing the freshest, highest quality ingredients. He believes sustainability is key, and only selects seafood that is fished responsibly and supports a healthy environment now and for future generations.
