Introduction
As a retrofit coordinator , you will be responsible for overseeing the retrofitting process of older buildings. This will include working with architects and engineers to develop plans, coordinating construction workers and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. You will also need to have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in order to ensure that the retrofit is done safely and up to code. retrofit coordinators need to be highly organized and detail-oriented in order to succeed in this role.
