The Relocation Consultancy Ltd (TRC) specialise in corporate relocations and direct employee assistance, providing high quality destination services to the UK, and international relocation management services to a wide range of other countries worldwide.
Moving away from home for work can be immensely stressful for all involved. Our core aim is to do everything we can to ensure these stress levels are kept to a minimum for all involved. By reducing the stress, we improve the chances of the employee and their family settling happily.
Our 25+ years of experience means we can assess exactly the levels of service required. We work directly with the family moving and also alongside HR Managers, providing assistance whenever it is needed and offering a seamless and highly personal service to all involved.
As there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution to relocation, each project is tailor-made to the needs of the individual, their family and the company. We offer a number of different packages and services to suit varying requirements, and can provide a totally flexible ‘mix and match’ service for those who have fixed financial budgets, time limits, or, a multitude of moves to coordinate.
To complement our exemplary UK relocation services, our global relocation service, Relolink, aims to simplify staff mobilisations departing from the UK by providing qualified administrative support. Six easy-buy packages are available with preferential rates at every destination, ensuring your staff receive the same high quality support wherever their final destination might be.

Jenny Hogan
Managing Director
Jenny runs all Operations at The Relocation Consultancy, bringing a legal and financial brain to TRC, as well as a wealth of knowledge about education.
Following a career with Barclays Bank, predominantly analysing legal documents, Jenny now regularly updates her legal training to ensure TRC remain at the forefront of the relocation industry. Additionally, having previously run a local Pre-school, Jenny is familiar with Local Education Authorities/Early Years policies and criteria. Jenny has attained Level 3 of the European Relocation Qualification, awarded by the Association Of Relocation Professionals.

Marketing Director
Marie's experience spans a number of disciplines including Brand Strategy, Marketing, Research, Training, Coaching and Sales.
Following 10 years working within the Commercial Division of the Capital Radio Group, Marie spent 6 years as a Freelancer, helping businesses to achieve their maximum potential. She now focuses on proactively achieving company strategies and customer goals.
She has attained Level 2 of the European Relocation Qualification awarded by the Association Of Relocation Professionals, has completed Programmes A & B of Eura's Relocation Coaching Programme, has qualified as an NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner and Hypnosis Practitioner, and is currently training as a Master NLP Practitioner.
