An integral part of the 4 AA Starred Manor Hotel for the last 50 years, The Regency restaurant is an excellent example of how style and quality can be both special and informal. Situated at the very heart of England, The Regency offers the consistancy nad familiarity that is sometimes missing in todays " here today , gone tomorrow " restaurant enviroment.With only three Head Chefs and four maitre d's during its long history, and collecting numerous awards and accolades along the way, The Regency acn ceratinly claim to be an establishment of quality and consistancy.
From the moment you arrive at the imposing and impressive Georgian facade of The Manor Hotel, you are assured a sense of personal attention and professionalism that should be present in all areas of hospitality, but sadly is not always the case. A well stocked bar in tne elegant and comfortable lounge makes for an ideal relaxing start.
Make your way into the spacious and comfortable surroundings of The Regency and enjoy what will certainly be a good choice; whether you've chosen the home -smoked chicken Caesar salad with brioche croutons and cherry Tomato confit, or a delicate wild mushroom ravioli with wilted spinach and morel jus to start, you know your meal will begin in style. To follow why not taste the interesting and delectable combination of roasted Pollack, cassoulet of beans, mussel tempura and chorizo foam? or perhaps the superb 28-day-matured local Sirloin steak with tarragon and horseradish butter and hand cut chips.
