Introduction
Dr. Raskin received his MD degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in orthopedic surgery at New York University School of Medicine. He then continued his training in hand and upper extremity surgery under the guidance of the faculty at Johns Hopkins University at The Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore Maryland.
