The Pit Indoor Kart Racing

The Pit Indoor Kart Racing is one of North Carolina's premier entertainment destinations. Located just 30 minutes north of downtown Charlotte, The Pit offers over 140,000sq-ft of floor space providing excitement for any age group. We're the perfect place to host your Birthday or Bachelor Party and we also offer many Group and Corporate Event options as well.

We have 20 Sodi RX7 adult karts and 10 Sodi youth karts. These are NOT your typical watered-down amusement karts. Capable of speeds over 40MPH, these Sodi karts are unquestionably the best adrenaline rush you can have without the high costs of professional racing. The go-karts feature adjustable seats and pedals to accommodate small and large customers. Our 70,000sq-ft go-kart track is one of the largest, single indoor kart tracks in the country. At just over a 3rd of a mile in length, our track offers 20 challenging turns. Special care went into the track design so it would challenge even the best road course specialists, yet still be fun for beginners. 3,350 NASCAR tires were used to create the track.
