The Original Mac & Cheez located in Webster, NY specializes in Italian pasta al forno dishes that take you back to the original recipes of mac & cheese. Owner David Piergiacomi, a native of Italy, first began the business at the Rochester Public Market in 2012 with the Take-n-Bake concept. The business added a food truck in 2013 and recently moved into its first brick-n-mortar offering a cafeteria style dining experience. The menu offers nutritious and delicious authentic Italian Pasta al Forno in several varieties made with imported certified italian ingredients as well as an ever changing selection of house made entrees, soups and salads. We don't cut corners at the The Original Mac & Cheese, we only cut cheese.
