The Orangerie

The Orangerie has been cleverly designed to amalgamate the stunning views of Cannizaro Park together with our al fresco dining experience. From the outside, the Orangerie complements well with the original hotel building, whilst inside a modern twist has been considered.

With floor to ceiling glass sliding windows, the contemporary looking conservatory with green glass tiled flooring and high glass ceilings will allow for a cool breeze during the summer, whilst warming fires will keep guests cosy in winter.

Offering the very best of artisan charcuterie and cheeses, alongside coastal freshly shucked oysters and daily plancha’s are available. The food is sourced by a 3rd generation, local, Sardinian supplier, who provides the charcuterie and cheeses from small, artisan producers in mainland Italy and Sardinia.
