Bath is surrounded by soft green hills and beautiful, rolling countryside. How lovely for it, you say. But wait: those hills are home to muscular, well-fed animals. That countryside teems with an abundance of fruit and vegetables. And The Olive Tree's expert chef uses these local riches to create a frequently-changing menu of beautiful, fresh, seasonal dishes. Sample them at a thrillingly-priced lunch, or linger longer over dinner. But do sample them.

Our head chef ' Nick Brodie ' and his team make it happen with 'cooking underpinned by the selection and sympathetic treatment of the highest quality ingredients. Timing, seasoning and the judgement of flavour combinations will consistently be excellent.�

That's what the AA said when they awarded us three rosettes. We're also Bath Life magazine's Restaurant of the Year, 2011.

Lovely as the awards and the honourable mentions undoubtedly are, though, mainly we're a friendly place to enjoy remarkable food at very reasonable prices.
