Introduction
We are a small family owned village Inn offering a bar , restaurant and en-suite accommodation. The bar offers a wide range of quality draft / bottled beers and soft drinks. We have a bar meal menu for lighter bites during the day. The restaurant menu is available form 6.00pm each weekday and in conjunction with the snack menu at weekends form midday. Many of the main meals are homemade and specials are available daily. Our three comfortable en suite rooms all have flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Just 2 minutes from junction 15 on the M74 makes The Old Stables very convenient for a quick stop going North or South and easily placed for an over night stop.
With great scenery there is plenty of places to walk, cycle or bird watch. The local 18 hole golf course at Moffat is only 5 mins. away.
