The Nurture Barn

The Nurture Barn is a very clean and calming, upmarket indoor and outdoor play venue, opened in August 2014. No bookings required or maximum stay, for babies and toddlers under 5 only, filled with wooden, inspirational toys to fire up their imagination with a great baby and toddler friendly café in Great Bardfield, same turning as The Blue Egg - postcode CM7 4PY. Voted Runner Up as Best Indoor Play Place by Essex Mums 2015. We ask you only to eat our food in the café. We are open 7 days a week and our opening hours are: Mon/Tues/Thurs - 9-3pm, Wed/Fri 9-5pm and Sat/Sun 9-5pm (please always check no weekend private parties on). Weekends tend to be nice and quiet. Discounts on entry weekdays after 2pm (so Wednesday and Friday afternoon come and play for 3 hours at £2 each. Free hot drink for Childminders between 9-10am.
