Introduction
In 1989, the firm opened its doors in the City of Torrington, Connecticut. In 1990, Jeff Nicholas took over the practice of venerated Litchfield attorney, Louis Erteschik, who relocated to Hawaii. Attorney Erteschik spent time in the Hawaiian legislature and currently serves as an Administrative Law Judge in the Department of Environmental Protection in the state.
