Since opening in autumn 2007 The Mermaids Tail has quickly established itself as one of the finest restaurants in London. The way we cook and the relaxed way the staff look after you in the restaurant is our idea of what a perfect evening out should be like.

The atmosphere is what makes The Mermaids Tail so unique. It is certainly laid back in that we have no strict dress code. We are a restaurant that caters for; breakfast on the terrace, lunch with friends or colleagues or romantic couples on an evening out. There is something for everyone.


At Mermaid's Tail we always try to impress our guests with generous portions of good quality fresh food. All our vegetarian dishes are cooked in-house. Our steaks are selected from the finest herds. Our wide ribs, for which we are famous, are hand finished, dry rubbed and then basted to produce the tastiest ribs in town.
