Introduction
Nick Castronova has been welcoming customers to the Lamplighter Restaurant since 1970. "I look back at the beginning and I marvel at how things have turned out. My goal was for the restaurant to be what I feel it is today, a special place for special people." When Nick was ten years old, his father opened a restaurant on Dewey Avenue across fro Aquinas called the Campus Fountain. "From that time on, my passion has been in hospitality business." Even after all these years, Nick and his staff's desire to please the customers remains strong.
