Fresh and local is what we are about, our Head Chef Stephen Park uses the best locally sourced ingredients, whether that is our handmade Beef burgers from our local Callander butcher, fresh trout from the Trossach's Trout farm or our local malt whisky from Deanston Distillery to give you an authentic taste of Scotland. All meals are cooked fresh to order so you can ensure the best quality.

Having been at the Lade since 2005, we are a family team comprising of Dad, Mum, Son and Daughter in law. Our recipe for success consists of a huge helping of tasty, local produce, washed down with fabulous Real Ales, accompanied with live Scottish music and all served in a family friendly environment baked with passion.

We are disabled accessible, Child friendly, Dog friendly in our bar and have a large beer garden for the Summer months.
