The Knowledge Academy Zurich

My company uses The Knowledge Academy for all of their training needs.
I decided to use them for my ITIL training course and was amazed by the level of professionalism delivered by them.
The prices are reasonable yet, there teaching methods are outstanding. They ensure everyone understands each part of the course and is fully prepared for the exam at the end of it.
I passed my ITIL exam and found out my results with immediate effect.
I will be using this company again in the future.

I couldn't believe the price difference between The Knowledge Academy and other companies; The Knowledge Academy were much cheaper. However, this did not reflect the quality of the training. The trainer Tomas was lovely and genuinely cared about teaching us. We had a small class size which meant we each got a lot of one on one attention which really helped getting close to the exam. Excellent experience.
