The knowledge academy training was of extremely good quality. The varied teaching methods and tools including the mock papers, different exercises and text book reading kept the material interesting and meant a lot could be covered in a short space of time and it really sunk in

Learning the ITIL certification with TKA was a great experience - one I would recommend. The trainer was professional and knowledgeable whilst the customer service was 5 star.

They offer the cheapest training courses in industry. Yet they deliver courses with value. All of trainers I had experienced are great!
